XVII Organ Music Festival
 The annual organ music festival takes place in Liepaja for the 17th time - this year from 9 to 22 September. The
concerts take place in the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Liepāja, in
St. Joseph Roman Catholic Cathedral Liepāja, in the St. Katherina Church
Kuldīga, as well as in the chamber hall of the concert hall "Lielais
Dzintars".
Tickets can be purchased in the ticketing offices of "Biļešu paradīze" and on the Internet bilesuparadize.lv.
Concerts in the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Liepāja:
Sunday,
9th September at 1.30 pm Poetic Concert for the whole family "A Leaf
with a Golden Edge"
Saturday,
September 15 at 6.00 pm Cantor from Lithuania Vids Pinkevics with an
improvised concert-based biblical story "David and Goliath"
Saturday, September 22 at 6.00 pm The final concert of the festival "Remembering Tālivaldis Deksnis".
